The STIHL iMOW® 6 EVO lawn robot with a powerful lithium-ion battery is a good choice for fully automatic mowing of large lawns in private areas. It takes care of lawn maintenance fully automatically and independently. With three free-swinging blades of the Disc-Cut system, you can achieve a clean cut thanks to the high blade speed.
When used on lawns of up to 3,000 m², it can efficiently handle gradients of up to 45% when mulching, which involves shredding the grass so that it can be used directly as fertiliser for the lawn. The STIHL iMOW® 6 EVO really comes into its own when mowing on slopes, for example. With an upgrade kit, gradients of up to 55% are even possible. Integrated sensors cause the STIHL iMOW® 6 EVO to change direction when it comes into contact with an obstacle. Objects are approached at a speed adapted to the situation so that the lawn is cut close to the object. Even in narrow spaces, effective mowing is possible thanks to intelligent turning manoeuvres. On uneven terrain, the speed is adjusted so that an even result is achieved there too.
Operation is simple and intuitive via the control panel with just a few push buttons, additionally supported by voice output. The current status of your robotic mower is indicated by the LED backstripe and by light patterns on the LED matrix on the top of the housing. You can select the daytime running lights in the LED front strip in 3 different modes. Using the MY iMOW® app, you can control your robotic lawnmower at any time via mobile phone in addition to Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi when your robotic mower is outside your home area. You can also adjust the cutting height individually in different stages. Time slots for active times in weekly schedules can be defined in a mowing schedule. In addition, you can also start the iMOW®6 from STIHL manually if necessary. If the robotic mower detects that it is being carried, it triggers an acoustic alarm signal, which is automatically turned off when the iMOW® is set down or after a certain amount of time. The iMOW® automatically locks its control functions when it is removed from a previously defined home area. Using the individually adjustable rain sensor, you can specify whether the lawn should be mowed in wet weather or whether the iMOW® 6 EVO should pause. The docking station serves as a base and charging station for the robotic mower.
